The room was fairly quiet and absolutely fabulous with a balcony, ideal for me. All the staff was amicable, resolved my issues. Location: the hotel was close enough to a castle and the city centre and Florence. A few times I ate at Jersey Mike's Subs, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.
Everything was perfect.
